Returns

• Your first return is FREE!
  

• For any additional returns, an AED 10 return pickup fee will be charged.
  

• To request a return, please share a clear photo or video of the item you wish to return.
  

• Returned items must be in their original packaging and unused condition.
  

Return Timeframe

• Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  

• Please include the original invoice with your return.
  

Items That Cannot Be Returned

Due to hygiene, safety, and usage concerns, the following stationery items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Used notebooks, pens, markers, or other opened writing materials
  

• Custom-printed or personalized stationery items
  

• Damaged products due to misuse or improper handling
  

• Items not in their original condition or packaging
  

• Products purchased during clearance or warehouse sales (see below)
  

Items on Sale

• Items purchased on sale or during promotional offers can be exchanged only, not refunded.
  

• Exchanges must be made within 7 days of purchase, and the original invoice is required.
  

• The product must be unused and in original packaging.
  

Refunds

• Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method.
  

• Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  

• Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
  

How to Start a Return

1. Contact our customer service team via email or WhatsApp.
   

2. Share your order number and a photo or video of the item.
   

3. We’ll confirm if your item is eligible for return and guide you through the process.
